Exercise

Benefits of Exercise

Exercise improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Everyone knows
that exercise is good for you. So why isn’t everyone doing it?
We have heard every excuse under the sun. After asking thousands of patients
why they did not exercise, this is what they said.
“ I don’t know what exercises to do, I have tried exercise and I didn’t get any results,
I don’t have time.”

These were among the top answers we received. This made us do research on Exercise
Physiology, what we found was particularly interesting.

What We Discovered is That Not All Exercises Are Created Equal

Some exercises are great for the cardiovascular system, some are great for building
muscles and some are great for endurance. What we needed to come up with was the
most productive, easy to do exercises in the least amount of time. So which exercise is
right for you? After researching hundreds of articles on the subject, we discovered that
in order for exercises to be a productive, you must stimulate Hormones, and not all
exercises do that. Studies have shown that moderate aerobic exercise, although is very
beneficial for the heart, is not intense enough to stimulate Growth Hormone to be
released. Also exercising too hard has a detrimental effect on the recovery rate of the
body, inhibiting certain hormones such as Growth Hormone and Testosterone.
Growth Hormone is of particular interest due to its great effect on the human body.

Benefits of Growth Hormone:

  • Enhancing skin texture
  • Enhancing skin elasticity
  • Reduce the appearance of wrinkles
  • Improvement on healing capacity
  • Promotes new hair growth
  • Improvement in memory
  • Increase in muscle mass
  • Increase in muscle strength
  • Improvement in exercise endurance
  • Improvement in exercise tolerance
  • Improvement in body fat loss
  • Improvement in energy levels
